  • Community Scraping: Use Apify actors to scrape members from Skool, Whop, or Facebook Groups (high intent).
  • Local Business: Scrape Google Maps for service businesses.

The Tool: Use Apify Actors (Cost Effective) to extract this data into a CSV.

Phase 2: The Enrichment (Finding The Context)

Once you have the name, you need the "Angle." We use AI to find specific categories of information to personalize the message.

The Stack:

  • Contact Info: Apollo or Evaboot (Valid emails).
  • Deep Research: Exa.ai or Firecrawl (Scraping websites/articles).

What the AI looks for:

  • "Recent Wins" (Award, funding, new launch).
  • "Impressive Milestones" (10k customers, 5 years in business).
  • "Shared Values" (Sustainability, innovation, community).

Phase 3: The Setup (The Infrastructure)

You cannot send cold emails from your primary domain. You need a dedicated engine.

  1. Buy Domains: Purchase secondary domains (e.g., `trybottl.net`) from cheap registrars like Namecheap or Porkbun.
  2. Warm Up: Connect them to a warmup pool for 14 days before sending volume.
  3. The Sender: Use a platform like Instantly.ai to schedule and automate the sending.
